1. Who We Are

Chronly ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at chronly.com. We provide free, browser-based age and time calculators for educational and informational purposes.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Our calculators ask for inputs such as dates of birth, weight, height, and lifestyle factors. None of this information is ever transmitted to our servers. The calculation runs entirely in the JavaScript engine of your browser. When you close the page, the data is gone. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Dates of birth or personal dates you enter
• Health, lifestyle, or financial information from calculator inputs
• Names, email addresses, or contact information (unless voluntarily submitted via our contact form)

3. Data We May Collect

Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data through standard server logs and analytics:

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer URL, retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
• Analytics: We use privacy-preserving aggregate analytics (no user-level tracking, no cross-site tracking) to understand which tools are most used and to improve the site.
• Cookies: We use a single cookie to remember your dark/light mode preference (chronly-theme). This cookie stores only the string "light" or "dark" and is not used for tracking.

4. Advertising

Chronly may display ads via Google AdSense. Google AdSense uses cookies and other tracking technologies to serve relevant ads. You can manage Google's use of advertising cookies at google.com/settings/ads. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

5. Contact Form

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and do not share it with third parties or use it for marketing.

Chronly does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through our contact form, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Data Retention

Calculator inputs: not retained at all (never transmitted). Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Server logs: retained for up to 30 days.

8. Your Rights (EEA/UK/California Residents)

Because we do not collect personal data through our calculators, most data subject rights have limited applicability. For any data you have submitted via the contact form, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at privacy@chronly.com.
